Order Placement:
Explore products online, refine your search, and add items to your shopping bag. Proceed to checkout by entering shipping, billing, and payment details. Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments; however, the option for a single shipment is available unless the order contains pre-order or personalized products.

Cancelling or Modifying Orders:
Contact us immediately to cancel. After preparation for shipping, cancellation is not possible for personalized products. We cannot change items or address details for security reasons, but minor modifications may be accommodated.
