Refund policy

Return Conditions:
You can request a return for any item purchased on CloeStore.us within 20 days from delivery, provided that the products are in their unused, original condition with all tags attached, including security tags, and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn, or altered items will not be accepted. Items must be returned using the pre-paid UPS return label included in the package or by contacting our Customer Care for a printable pre-paid UPS label. The items must be sent from the same state they were delivered. Please note, items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Times:
Upon receipt, items will be inspected before your return is accepted and a refund is authorized. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and in the same currency, normally within 7 days of return acceptance. Your account should be credited within a maximum of 30 days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been authorized.
